    Great location and overall a good value for money. Good coffee with breakfast and afternoon tea snacks were provided complimentary. The young gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Minus one start because on the second night, the reception staff member on duty was notably off and dismissive, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by reporting that our room key cards had stopped working. Even though we had booked for 2 nights and our check out was the next day. A little empathy and sense of urgency could have gone a long way. Once that feeling was shrugged off, rest was quite pleasant!

    Everything about my stay was amazing. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower right from the balcony! Everything about my stay was amazing. I was in Paris for a UNESCO conference, so being only about 450 meters away and within easy walking distance was incredibly convenient. The hotel was super clean, and I especially appreciated how spotless the bathroom was. Everything felt very well maintained and comfortable. What I appreciated most, though, was the staff’s kindness and help. I had accidentally booked two different rooms, but they were able to keep me in the same room for both nights, which made my stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. I will be back in June, and I truly hope to have the same wonderful experience again. The location is also excellent. I was in Paris for a UNESCO conference, so being only about 450 meters away and within easy walking distance was incredibly convenient. The hotel was super clean, and I especially appreciated how spotless the bathroom was. Everything felt very well maintained and comfortable.     The assigned front desk Bilal was very helpful and accommodating. The place provides coffee , tea and even left over pastries late night. Location is peaceful at night and around 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower.

    Didn’t get the room with a view although I booked and paid for one. It was fully booked so couldn’t even make changes . Really disappointed as I was looking forward. Room was below average, small and cramped
