    I logged in 2 weeks before our stay to pay for our room booked for 29th to attend a family wedding. Only to find that it had been cancelled weeks before and we were never informed. I have emailed them via Agoda but they didn't have to decency to reply. We then had to pay £100 in taxi fares as it was too late to find alternative accommodation. Why on earth we weren't contacted at the time of booking about 3 months ago is a mystery.

    Arrived at 8.20pm so only had 10min to get to room and then back down to bar to order food. Ordered a burger for ease but was very disappointed with quality when it turned up. Had meals before which had been very good, so hopefully a one off.
