    Hotel room is ok, but with small flying insects in the bath room. Hotel room is big, with 2 king size beds in it and still got lots of space

    We had a nice stay at the DoubleTree. We were slightly annoyed because we arrived at the hotel and our room was not ready. We were asked if we instead wanted a room that required management to open the door each time, or if we wanted to wait until our room was cleaned. We said we would wait but it took an hour for it to be ready, and we had plans off site and ended up needing to get ready in the lobby. We also got a text asking if we wanted room cleaning to which we responded no, but then our room was cleaned anyways. It was fine because it was nice to have the beds made but we didn't have time to put away anything and it was a mess for them. Overall the pool area and check-in area were fine. Did not love the location and the parking garage has tight corners and extremely shorts. Also parking cost a lot of $!!! They did waive the fee due to our room issue which was very nice.
