    They dnt hv thr own breakfast facilities and at the restaurant that the breakfast was it's terrible....and nothing halaal on the hot foods They need to service that hotel we got locked In the bedroom.

    At Check-in all was good i must be honest and say that, I loved the room absolutely stunning , however i was very disappointed in the service from the staff was ,not very customer friendly to be honest , i considered getting a coffee at the bar but the guy looked at me as if i didn't belong, i asked if they had any flavored coffee and he answered me like i wasn't worthy of it , not even offering a menu to say the least. I made use of the spa facilities as it was my husbands birthday bearing in mind i mention this on booking and there wasn't even a simple note in the room as a wish and went for a couples massage , but they honestly not equipped to provide that service , i left from there straight to 24hr pharmacy for muscle and pain relaxer as my body was tense, to top it off they called our rooms on check out like every 15minutes which was very annoying to be honest , overall thanks for the stay but you will never see me again.......
