    one of the most dirtiest room i had stayed, shared all these proofs with the hotelier, they changed them later on but totally bad experience.

    Amazing stay at Cologne Marriott Hotel! 😊 Super comfy rooms, awesome staff, and a great location near the Dom. Breakfast was delish too! 👌 Would definitely come back

    I loved staying at the Marriott and Muhasan was a great receptionist and very welcoming.

    We reserved the large king room with separate tub and shower, Wanted high floor away from noise. When checking in this was not available. So were offered a room with two separate beds!!! Or pay 50 euro more for what we were told was a larger suite with same bathroom set up, When we got to the room it was super disappointing to see a small tub shower combination. So we paid more for a less nice room. It was supposed to be quieter but next to the elevator do you hear a loud clunk which would wake me up. The hotel is super busy and congested even in the off season. We never received a maid refresh and needed to ask for clean towels Room service never picked up food trays so we put it out our door which stayed there for two days.
