The location is perfect - right across the street from the Metro, an 8 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a grocery store next door. The apartment is very bright and quiet. However it is in desperate need of a major renovation - so don't expect luxury class accommodations. But for the price staying in Paris, it is bearable.
