The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The transportation is convenient, with many subways and buses nearby. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. The sanitary conditions are good. The drainage of the bathroom sink is not good and cannot be repaired. The wifi signal is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

The hotel has exceptional location in the heart of the city. Though its a small boutique hotel, its staff are very welcoming and service oriented.
The breakfast was very good and property is maintained very clean.

For the cost the room was not great value, problem with central Paris. It was clean, room basic but functional. Breakfast ok but 25Euro extra.
