The hotel was as hot as a Furness - so much so we left super early as we couldn't take it any more. The staff at check out didn't ask us once about our stay & to cap it off both the Hotel and the agent I booked it through have charged me for the room! I called the hotel & they basically said 'tough luck' call Agoda. Unsurprisingly Agoda are telling me that they had paid them for my room so they shouldn't have taken payment again. How on earth do I get my duplicate payment back? As with checkout the staff at the hotel couldn't give a monkeys! I would avoid if I was you!!
