    Our 3rd time for stay over at Cape Lodge Hotel. Love the decor and authentic, crisp clean feeling with most friendly & assisting personnel. With central location, safe parking, swimming pool, lovely breakfast variery & restaurant areas, no need to move anywhere to get accommodated with that.

    1.they do not have proper wheelchair parking it's random when u come back u won't get same space and the absurd thing is we have to pay 150 rand per day disabled have no choice to park close to entrance 2.the pwd room is a health and safety risk the shower seat is small kids size not for adult we're have u seen sittun on shower seat your legs dangle in the air only 1 small grab bar in shower dangerous for pwd I asked for refund they refused after me pointing out the errors they say it was designed by a able body professional I'm on a wheelchair for 30 years I'm the end user and I am an expert and I know what is safe 3.they charged me 600 for parking although I left 2 days earlier***rand a day they can rent. My room to some one ekse but they never say don't pay for parking I left disappointed and upset and will never advise any pwd to go there there are better options in the city like *** with proper facilities My advise if u are a pwd go check out place B4 you book save the hassle of no refund This is the first hotel that I ever paid for parking if u staying there at 1000 rand. A day no bfast then pwd should get parking for free in Mt opinion After me taking the duty manager to room to show the problems with the room after first day they refused refund so I was forced to stay because I was stupid to book 7 days without viewing first They only moved me to a room with a tub and seat which I manged to bath not ideal but no choice If I left I loose *** NOT FOR PWD MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO YOU NO PWD EXPERT WILL SAY IT'S SAFE TO SHOWER WITH LEGS DANGLING I THE AIR ID YOU ARE A PARAPLEGIC THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN REFUND TO ME AFTER I POINTED OUT HEALTH AND SAFERY CONCERNS
