A nice comfortable and economical place to stay with no frills. The staff at the reception is very welcoming. It is near the front populaire station, making it around 40 min to reach to the centre. It is like a basic apartment with minimest amenities. Good for people looking to stay for longer period so that they can buy and fill, people with feel of leisure should choose something else. no tea no coffee all paid.

Came with a 3 yonand showed the staff the room type before i booked and paid in Agoda right in front of staff. Later comes another staff (seems racist towards asian perhaps) and demanded that the staff serving me to ask me to change to a bigger room and pay the price difference. Didnt want to budge further. Room was basic and looked clean, the plates were stained and had sticky residue if you touch it. Shower and toilet basin water pressure is "limited" in a way to save water. At that price just go elsewhere

Superb place for tourists, very clean , super spacious, best place to connectivity to Eiffel and Disneyland .
