It's far away from the centre of Paris, but it's just one or two train rides away fr tourist hotspots by RER B. So it works out.
The Side Car room (which we booked here) does not have it's own toilet and shower. We had to upgrade to a different room, which was 10EUR more than this room.
The only toiletries provided were : Body Wash and Toilet Paper. Room was made up, and towels were replaced daily.
Wifi was stable in both the room and the common area. We were able to work from the hotel.
Ultimately, you get what you pay for. In our case, we just needed a place to sleep and shower at the end of a day spent in the centre of Paris.
Would i book this place again? If there are no better options, maybe.

I stayed here ten years before and it was a nice value even though it had really small rooms, but it hasn't been taken care of and felt old and grimy. Also, the neighborhood doesn't feel as safe as it did before and the gate to the parking lot was broken and has appeared to be broken for some time.
