AC stopped working in the morning!
Unable to stay inside room, very dusty room we suffered lot ! Our Italy trip ruined even after paying lot 🥲

Received a very warm welcome on arrival, while it was only a 1 night stay prior to a flight from Pisa airport I’d have been happy to stay longer. Well equipped clean room with a comfy bed.
It was handy enough to everywhere we needed. Within walking distance of the train, central location - Leaning tower and airport.
Just hope the resident parrot decided to return after flying off….. if anyone’s reviewing the hotel after my stay (5th-6th June 2024) can you give a parrot update please?!
