Everything was perfect, the facilities, the location etc. the staff were also exceptional, the only staff member that was not helpful is a women named maryam, everything that her colleagues had previously agreed to provide was then declined by her, not sure why she was being so negative but it is what it is. Other than that the stay was 5/5.

We experienced the hotel as a good option for our trip to enjoy the skiing around Chamonix.
The staff is super friendly and the service is good. The beds are of good quality, which makes it a perfect place for having restful nights. We also liked the breakfast and the facilities, such as the Sauna. The pool is OK and a welcoming refreshment after a day of skiing.
It is important to note that the hotel is not centrally located. However, there are shuttles and additional public transport that allows for going to Chamonix.

Great for short stay close to chamonix.. clean comfortable and lovely touches made a club atmosphere. Good breakfast interesting evening menu at fair prices. Confusing and unreliable ski bus transfer which is essential link.
