    Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly cleaned. I found blood in the toilet on arrival, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, and bed sheets were not changed during our 3-night stay. The kettle water was also dirty. The iron I requested in advance was in very poor condition, and the staff were not kind or helpful. Overall, unacceptable hygiene and service.
