    Clean, comfortable and nicely designed rooms. It’s a bit of walk into town but an e scooter was perfect. Beautiful river view. Staff went above and beyond when my room wasn’t ready.

    We went to cologne every year for Spoga Fair since 2012. And usually we stayed around Dom area. Since now the hotel prices are going crazier and crazier, so we move a litter bit far from Dom. This hotel is right opposite Schocoladen Museum devided by Rhein river, and reception upgraded our room so we can have river view. Thank you very much, we really love the view night & day, always pretty. Although this hotel is 2km from Dom, but surprisingly we found a lot of pretty area to be explore. It won't happen if we always stay in Dom area

    When your are booking a room in a hotel you consider particular factors and facilities. In my case for this accommodation was the location and the fact that is had a sauna. When I arrived at the location of course the sauna was unavailable due to “ technical issues “ . I completely do not appreciate when you paying for services you cannot benefit from. This is false advertising and this should be mentioned in advance for customers to know. An o positive side the breakfast was good and various
