Value for money stay. The location is near Gare de Lyon but quite some walking distance. If you have huge luggage, probably it’s not that convenient. This area is safe, quiet and apartment is equipped with washing machine and dryer at the ground floor - paid through apps.

A bit far from the nice restaurants but next door to a Lidl for groceries
Bus stop nearby and other metro stations within 10-20 min walk
Couldn’t get the air con working so room was hot despite being cold outside

A cosy stay in this apartment , spacious than most of other hotels in paris, location wise is near to gare de lyon so If u plan to take a train depart at this station would be very convenient. Also, groceries stores and restaurant are not few streets away and within walking distances. Only down side is the main road in front of the property does not have proper place for drop off if you take taxi or uber, or with many luggage.

We booked this hotel based on its high ratings. At check-in, there was an issue due to insufficient confirmation by the staff, and our stay was almost shortened by one night, but it was resolved after we double-checked.
The room is small, but as long as you keep your belongings organized, it wasn’t particularly inconvenient. Gare de Lyon is within walking distance, and there’s also a metro station nearby.
What was disappointing was that the bathroom sink had poor drainage, which was unpleasant, and when we requested some room amenities, we were told it would take over an hour.
Since the hotel is not located right in the middle of the main tourist areas, it’s a good option for those who want to experience a more local atmosphere.
