The reception staff were friendly. Hotel is basic with small rooms and tiny bathrooms.

I have paid a similar price and was given a smaller room. Had a very quiet room, as it faced an interior courtyard. Staff were very friendly. They printed out urgent documents that I needed for free. Very near St Ambrose Metro. Local area has lots of good restaurants and cafes. Also the hotel has a lift. I can’t deal with stairs so this was a welcome addition.

This was my second stay at Acacia and both times were perfect. The cost is a little more than a budget hotel but the rooms are very spacious and location is right near a convenient subway station (Voltaire) and for food they serve breakfast but its also across the road from a Franprix and a block away from McDonalds. Overall value and convenience and friendly staff, it doesn't get better than Acacia Hotel in Paris. I will stay there again.
