The location is great, just about 200m from the beach. With different eating facilities nearby. We stayed hear in September 2020 and had a lovely time with our nearly two year old.

The location was ideal- very short walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts made everything easy: bikes were at the house (no need to travel for rental), grill was there (with charcoal!), there was toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquids, and dishwasher tabs, etc. (basically all of the little things that one would typically forget to bring to a rental house or would be absent from a large resort rental). They even included a beach house rental with the property, making it super easy for us to go to/from the beach without bringing all of the kids toys, gear, and chairs.
We had one REALLY hot day, and the house was very warm even overnight. This type of heat is rare, but made us wish we had brought a fan (or that one was available in the house).
