About this villa rental
Villa located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and the famous Prosecco vineyards and red wines of the Veneto countryside. Very close to Venice (50 minutes by car) and seaside tourist centers such as Jesolo and Caorle (40 minutes by car), Outlet Noventa di Piave for fashion shopping (20 minutes by car), Treviso (35 minutes by car), Pordenone ( 30 minutes by car), Aviano (30 minutes by car), Lake Santa Croce for sports activities in the lake and Barcis lake (both 30/40 minutes by car). From the splendid Dolomites it is about 90 minutes by car to reach Cortina. Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, always the heart and home of Prosecco and recently declared a UNESCO HERITAGE, are only 30/40 minutes away by car. The house is finished with high quality materials and equipped with all comforts. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, gas and induction for cooking, 55 inch television, mega adsl with wifi, washing machine, American fridge, additional external freezer plus complete accessories for cooking and eating. Outside the house there are 350 square meters of fenced garden with hedge and a 35 square meter swimming pool as shown in the photos. The villa consists of an open space with kitchen, living room and glass teka cellar with temperature control. An 8 sqm bathroom and a 16 sqm dining room which seats 12 and has access to the front garden.
On the middle floor there is a wooden loft used as a relaxation room consisting of a sofa bed, a bookcase and air conditioning with a view of the dining room below.
On the first floor master bedroom of 16 sqm with double bed and wardrobes, second bedroom of 20 sqm with double and single bed and wardrobes which leads to the terrace with panoramic view of the neighboring vineyards.
Third bedroom with one and a half square and wardrobe which also gives access to the aforementioned terrace.
Also on the first floor another spacious bathroom of 9 square meters and a small storage room.
Visible laminated wood beams and air conditioning system present in all floors including the mezzanine.
The house is equipped with all the comforts and ancillary services with high luxury finishes.
The price includes utilities (gas and water), drinking water for drinking and all internal services (listed in the property specifications).
The cleaning service at the end of the stay is excluded and will be counted during the quote and booking phase.

The location is strategic and centralized to visit the Veneto with its beautiful Dolomites and part of Friuli del Venezia Giulia as it is located on the border with the two regions.
In the neighboring areas there is no shortage of excellent restaurants, pastry shops, jellies and tasting tours of fine wines from Veneto and Friuli in wineries and farms.
A very relaxing area for families seeking peace in the midst of nature and at the same time fun just a few steps away for groups of young people.

My family and I recently enjoyed a 10-day stay in this beautiful villa in Mansuè and it was a truly relaxing experience. We loved our stay in this villa. High quality feel. The host, Davide, is very easy to communicate with and he provided all the instructions and even video links to show how things worked at the property. We got the authentic Italian experience that we seeked. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was great everything we needed The location was nice quiet and enjoyable for walks We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside .Davide was helpful and gave us suggestions and sent us texts to see if everything was okay A great 18 day stay no complaints
