About this apartment rental
In the historic landmark Villino Elena e Maria, there's L'Atelier, a separate part of my home for the exclusive use of guests.
A former art gallery, with an artistic and minimalist atmosphere.
A unique place, in a historic building built by my great-grandfather, often a location for television and film shoots.
The eclectic Art Nouveau building, rich in symbols and allegorical figures, overlooks Castel Sant'Elmo and the Certosa.
The San Martino viewpoint dominates the city from above.
The cool temperature typical of the hilly area of San Martino, in the safe residential neighborhood of Vomero, makes it a special place to rest and regenerate after interesting visits to the historic center and the Amalfi Coast, for a romantic stay in beautiful surroundings. There may be some noise on Saturday evenings.
Ground floor: private entrance, security door, fire extinguisher, bright living room and bedroom with high ceilings, hallway, bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi and heating in every room, no kitchen, TV, or air conditioning.
Spacious double bedroom, linens, extra bedspreads and pillows, chest of drawers, coat hangers, table, chairs, blackout curtains, exterior shutters, and gates.
Living room: sofa, armchairs, single bed upon request, kettle, tea. Herbal teas, mini fridge, cups, ceramic plates, bottle opener, cutlery, tables, chairs, armchairs, coffee tables, shutters, and gates.
Bathroom: sink, toilet, Grohe shower head, two cotton towels per person, hot water, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, extractor hood, electrical outlet, stool, and storage unit.
Antebathroom, hallway: display cabinet, carbon monoxide detector, city and museum maps, recommended restaurants and bars.
Close to the Metro Line 1 (Vanvitelli) and the Montesanto, Chiaia, and Centrale funiculars.
I personally welcome guests by appointment for check-in, a brief explanation, registration of documents, signing of the contract, and key collection. For information and questions, contact me on VRBO and I will respond as soon as possible.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, just a few meters from Largo San Martino, which overlooks the city, and the Scaturchio bar for breakfast.
There may be noise on Saturday evenings.
Outside the front door: paid parking in the blue lines (weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), free on holidays and after 8:00 PM. Alternatively, there is paid public parking on Via Morghen.
The Montesanto funicular is nearby and takes you to the historic center in 4 minutes. Alternatively, for those who enjoy walking, the Pedamentina steps lead to the historic center in 20 minutes.
To reach Chiaia, take the funicular from Piazza Vanvitelli or the Petraio steps.
The Vanvitelli Metro Line 1 stop is nearby.
A 31-minute walk from Sanatrix Private Hospital, an 18-minute walk from Santobono-Pausillipon Children's Hospital, and the Via Mario Fiore medical center.

The apartment did not have a/c so it was hot and humid. It only had a little fridge and nothing else.

The landlord Paola is very helpful in providing what you need. She has already plan for your visit in Vomero with maps and different alternative restaurants to visit. Paola thank you for everything and we hope to come back again.

Truly one of the best locations in Naples! Steps from the best views in the city and near many wonderful restaurants. Paola was a great host. Very helpful and friendly. The apartment, on the ground floor, was in a beautiful building (built by Paola’s grandfather!) and had everything we needed. I hope we can return soon!
