L’emplacement
Impossible de régler le chauffage obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit sur les. Conseils d’une employée .
Nous avons changé de chambre car les suites sont au nord !! sans voir le soleil il serait bien que booking le précise …
Nous avons dû nous occuper des bagages car pas d’employés disponibles à notre arrivée , on nous a donné un charriot ( hôtel 4 étoiles )

The property is stunning, comfortable and convenient for skiing, it had every service you could possibly want - the most exceptional thing was the staff and customer service should be a 5 star hotel!

What a fabulous hotel! We had to most wonderful few days here, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
Everything was brilliant, but the location was absolutely perfect. Ski in and out from the boot room, it made skiing with kids as easy as it gets.

Good location,food,comfortable exit to ski slope.
Sound issolation is terrible,almost every night we couldn’t sleep,because of noise and parties from other rooms.
