Entering my elegant apartment you find yourself in front of an immense open space lounge with three sofas, one of which is a bed and a television, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with tub, washing machine and shower. In the sleeping area two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. Only a few steps away from home and you can admire the wonderful lake with sandy beach and equipped beach, at 100 meters from the pier where the ferries depart that will take you to the most beautiful places on the lake. Fantastic lakeside promenade, cycle paths, trails in the valley of the paper mills and the nearby mountains, will make your holiday unforgettable.
A ride around and you can access the nearby public transport stop, at the nearby pier with all types of boats, at the point of hiring motorboats, at the point of renting bicycles. Walk to the lake, bike path, panoramic train.
You can practice all sports in the beautiful setting of the lake. The nearby 18-hole golf course, with a splendid lake view, set in a picturesque valley 100 meters high, covered with oleanders, laurels, cypresses, olive trees and other plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut gelegen für an den Strand und in der nähe auch sehr gute Einkaufsgelegenheit. Man kann an der Seepromenade ausgedente Spaziergänge machen.

We are a family of 4 from the USA. We spent 3 days in Toscolano-Maderno on Lake Garda. The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook in for a few nights. The house is in a great location, just s short walk to the water, shops, the ferry and restaurants. Marzia was a wonderful host and very easy to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and was accessible if we needed anything. We loved our time in Marzia’s home and hope to return someday.

Gut ausgestattete, stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, dabei erstaunlich ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und für tägliche Einkäufe. Interessanter Ort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Tal der Papiermühlen mit einem großartigen Museum).
