on the ground floor: floor with tomettes; spacious living / dining room of approximately 50m2 with TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, overlooking kitchen with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils .
upstairs :
a bathroom with toilet, two sinks, two mirrors, a bathtub and bath towels
a first room with double bed (140/200), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
a second bedroom with two single beds (90/190), sheets, duvet, pillows with wardrobe for storage
between rooms, available on the landing, iron, vacuum cleaner and extra bed
Environment:
The house is located in Brittany, in the department of Morbihan, near the castle of Plessis-Josso and Gorvello, a small village of character
It is established:
- 2.5 km from Theix-Noyalo, where you will find the nearest shops, as well as several catering facilities
- 10 kms from Vannes; visit of its ramparts, its Medieval Center, its Saturday morning market
- 20 kms from the nearest beaches; Sarzeau, Damgan, Suscinio Castle, Rhuys Peninsula
Rates (including a cleaning fee of 50 €):
In high season (July-August);
The week: 550 €
The fortnight: 1000 €
The month: 1500 €
Off-season (September and school holidays);
The week: 400 €
The fortnight: 750 €
The month: 1200 €
Terms of stay:
In order for everything to happen for the better, please send us:
- the reservation ;
a certificate of insurance resort (or liability) and a check deposit of 30% of the total rental price
- the delivery of keys;
check deposit of 300 €, returned at the end of the stay, after ascertaining the state of the house and the payment of the balance (cleaning fee included)

We were absolutely delighted with our house. Such a beautiful setting. We loved the forest which was perfect for our dog Barney who could roam without needing a lead. It was so quiet so perfect for us to unwind after the busy life we have. We would love to return.

Notre séjour a été très agréable, et nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert la région. La maison est grande et très bien équipée (mis à part une absence de wifi, mais ça permet de déconnecter un peu 😉).

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette chaumière accueillante au milieu de la forêt. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur à l’intérieur car nous y étions pendant la semaine de grande canicule de juillet 2022. Tout était parfait. Et si nous revenons dans cette très belle région, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la chaumière.
