Clean and spacious great area close to all amenities, and the beach. Also great bus routes on your door step. Would highly recommend staying.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and supermarkets.
The staff which were in charge of managing the property were very responsive and nice, always willing to do their best in helping us.
The area where the apartment is located is not the best one from Valencia from what I could tell, but I never felt unsafe, not even at night.

A lot of space, the beach is very close, the bus for all directions are in a next street.
In kichen you have everything, also enougj clean sheets, towels...
The smell from outside canalization time to time.
