Short walk to the sea front, great size room especially as it was a single room. Very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Very calm and peaceful area.

The grandiose building, the perfect cleanliness, comfortable Huge bed, unlimited brewed coffee; Super pizzeria and a little supermarket + all buses/metro nearby.
Thers was'nt heating from midnight in January.

I really enjoyed my stay at Viale Gramsci. The elegant late-19th-century Neapolitan building is beautifully located on Viale Gramsci, just one block from the lungomare on Via Caracciolo, and combines historic charm with modern comfort. My room was spacious, quiet, and full of natural light. Patrizia was a wonderful hostess—warm, welcoming, and full of great suggestions.

Location was good. Atmosphere in the area nice. Close to harbour and some restaurants and once worked out close to a stop for hop on off bus tour. Relatively Short distance to centre of city. Spanish quarter our favourite. Room spacious.
Lift was out of action. Flat on 4th floor, 127 large steps up which was exhausting, especially with luggage. had we been any older we would have struggled. Did get mended in final day. Bed was quite firm. Worst thing was the laundry room was above our bathroom and very noisy at times and kept us awake until 2am in final night. Did tell concierge but not sure with our limited Italian he understood us. Parking not easy as need to keep feeding meter ended up putting into car park which is pricey. But we were aware of cost.
