Location was nice
1)Painful check in process where you need to upload pictures of all passports and then type in all the data yourself doing all the work for them.
2)They offer bag storage but I was refused twice so had to carry my bag with me in a very hot day before the check in and also after check out as I have been told “storage is inside the flat and while cleaning team is working there is no option of me using it”. whats a point of offering then as Im assuming they always booked out
3) Been told on check out that all rubbish needed to be taken out or they will charge me extra but no clear info where to take it in information pack so had to call and they didn’t even know where is the rubbish bin so I been told to hold and then been told that the bins were left had side when get out of the apartment building which there weren’t any so had to walk around the block with 5 rubbish bags. Location provided was wrong basically.
4) Poor essential equipment- no wine glasses at all but at least 30 deferent plates and also just 1 mug for tea.
no mention no air-con but 3 very dusty fans!

"Great location with lots of things to see around. You feel like you are back in time at this property. There's no AC but plenty of fans to keep yourself cool enough to sleep.
