Beautifully decorated property with all the facilities we needed. The host, Marina, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the private in-villa dinner she arranged — a great experience for our group!

It’s a stunning penthouse with a great layout.
Some great points:
- nice pool and even a sauna and hot tub
- three impressive size rooms with plenty of storage and great bathrooms
- very well stocked with loads of kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc and we even took advantage of the washing machine facilities
- great aircon throughout the penthouse
- quiet area
- great communication from hosts
- located just above a supermarket
Slightly far away from the centre, but we knew that when we booked so we mostly walked or booked cheap Ubers.
One more sun lounger would be good as there were five of us and only 4 sun loungers.
Be careful of the wooden panels coming in and out of the sliding doors as I think we all hit ourselves on them!

We were a party of six adults.
The accommodation provided us with everything we needed.
A lovely pool which we used every day, spacious and well appointed bedrooms, a relaxing living room to socialise in or watch TV and wonderful little touches to cater for your everyday needs, toiletries etc and the AC throughout the building was a must.
Sauna and jacuzzi were both used throughout our stay.
The supermarket downstairs was very convenient.
My two sons would have liked heavier weights in the gym area but their partners enjoyed the equipment available.
Slightly closer to town would have made it perfect. I enjoyed the daily stroll to and from town but the younger ones used Uber.

Die Gastgeberin, Marina, war über aus freundlich und alles lief super ab. Auch als es ein Problem gab, hat sie sich umgehend darum gekümmert, dass das Problem behoben werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist überragend und es waren sehr schöne Tage in Split. Da auch das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat, waren Sauna, Jacuzzi und Pool daher hervorragend geeignet in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Umgebung ist nicht so nice. Aber man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und am Hafen. Was überaus cool ist, das es im Gebäude einen Supermarkt gibt, so war das Einkaufen mehr als bequem. Es ist für mich eine 100% tige Weiterempfehlung und auch wir werden wiederkommen. Besten Dank an alle
