Sleeps 8 in a townhouse in the center of Coutances, in a beautiful setting, close to historical sites, ideally for 2 couples and 4 children for a weekend or a short stay in Normandy.

▪ The entrance to the accommodation through a common room, dining room with sofa, with kettle, coffee maker, bread grill, and Microwave Grill "SHARP", Fridge 92 Liters, Electric Hob,
▪ Shower room with shower
▪ Separate WC
Upstairs,
▪ 1 very large closed bedroom with a Queen size bed (1.5M wide), wardrobe, storage and a desk to work; (possibility to put a sofa bed 2 places in this large room)
▪ 1 closed bedroom with a double bed with storage and small desk;
▪ Large landing for 2 other sofa beds 2 places

Large heated and covered swimming pool available 24H / 24H
Free parking
Independent private access to the courtyard and garden, indoor pool and heated all year.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de ce gîte, la piscine est super agréable et l’emplacement très calme bref une super expérience avec la connaissance de Xia, une personne plein de gentillesse et qui fera tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous !

Sejour agréable manque quand même un peut de chauffage !il y a un super poêle a granulé mais quand il a plus de granume dans la nuit le matin il fait tres froid! Mais cela nous a pas empêcher de passer un bon séjour ! Je vous le recommande
