I booked the apartment for my parents and they were beyond thrilled with it. The apartment was very quiet, clean and renovated with a beautiful balcony and early morning rays. In the afternoon it was just perfect with the balcony being in shade. Everything is close - market, pharmacy, beach, etc. The owner gave us a private parking spot as well.

There was ample space, which likely made the stay feel more relaxed and less confined than a standard hotel room.

Good position for town/ beach / cafes , also parking
Accommodation is very basic but was clean and modern bathroom. Staff who welcomed us was lovely and messages answered promptly

We liked the location and Jovan was very friendly. Easy check in and check out.
There is a lot to improve in cleaning. It seemed like it was long time no one was in that room. Very dusty and also the AC was bringing out dirty air, so not filtered. Towels and sheets not clean properly.
