Room compact but held everything you need-very clean. Lovely comfortable memory foam mattress & pillows-bathroom looked newly tiled . Good quality budget accommodation in excellent location
Walk up to the property was up a broken steep hill. Outside not so nice but it didn’t bother us. Enjoyed our stay

A really nice little room for your time in Kotor. You could NOT get a more perfect location, tucked just outside the old town so it’s less than 5 minute walk but you miss all the noise by being a block behind so it’s very peaceful and quiet in the apartments. It was nice to have a cook stove with pots/pans etc and towels. Super affordable price specifically for the location since Kotor has gotten quite expensive and the old town itself can be pricey.
However a small issue for us that I think needs attention is rubbish collection. We stayed here for 5 days and not once was rubbish collected from our room which I think is a bit unsanitary and not very nice, especially since you can’t flush toilet paper here. Also no fresh towels/toilet paper were provided within that time. Lastly, there was only the thinnest blanket and flat sheet provided so if you get cold I would bring something extra to sleep with.

Location is good, but Kotor is very small and wherever you stay, everything is max 10 minutes of walk. Communication with the host was perfect and everything was arranged via what's up, including detailed instructions how to get to the parking (you have to drive a couple of streets around). Host waited us on the street and helped us to park on a proper spot. Parking spot is in front of apartments (20m uphill).
Apartment is spacious.
Parking spot is in a very steep street and you have to park as close as you can to the side fence because some cars (not many in off season) will be passing by. That's why host assistance was very helpful.
Our apartment was in the ground level and there is not enough daylight in it. During the summer, that probably goes to the benefits side.
Apartment is spacious, , but it's not for more than 2 people.
Toilet could be better organized. It has enough space, but doorway is as big as the rest of it.
Ceiling is covered with stains of moisture, some of those are becoming mold. It will probably be solved for summer season but in December, it's pretty visible.
