Feel at home in our newly built and lovingly furnished holiday home. Gather strength for everyday life between green and water directly at the Hohenfelden reservoir or explore the picturesque landscape of the central Ilm valley.
Info about the house
The house is located in a small, closed holiday home area on the northern bank of the Hohenfelden reservoir. The house is in the second row and the bathing lake can be reached via three different footbridges in approx. 50 m distance.
A large living-dining area on the ground floor offers enough space for our guests to chat, relax, cook, eat and watch their favorite film. In winter, the fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere and warmth.
The connected terrace invites you outdoors - here you can enjoy the sun, barbecues or simply read a book in peace.
The three separate bedrooms on the upper floor offer the necessary retreat space.
The rooms are all equipped with electric shutters. The bedroom on the southwest side also has a balcony overlooking the lake.
Two bathrooms in the house provide the necessary feel-good atmosphere.
The property has 2 parking spaces.
Information about the surroundings
Spend your holiday in the Hohenfelden reservoir region, with a beach, boat rental, outdoor camp, climbing park, mini golf and playground. In the immediate vicinity there is a beautiful public lido with a half-shell slide and a large playground. The nearby Avenida Therme is within walking distance and ensures your well-being, even when the sun is not shining. The thermal bath also has an impressive and spacious sauna area.
The towns of Hohenfelden and Kranichfeld provide a wide range of leisure options, from the open-air museum to the riding stables and falconers' shows on the Niederburg. The cities of Erfurt and Weimar can be reached by car within approx. 20 - 30 minutes and invite you to culture, history and a stroll. The bike and hiking trail passes right behind the house - explore the area and the Ilm Valley in this way.
The physical well-being is also sufficiently taken care of - from the "forest feast" of a small, cozy pub, which can be reached with a short walk on foot, to "Bella Vista" directly at the thermal baths to "Schnitzel & Co" on the campsite ,

In diesem Haus fühlt man sich sofort sehr wohl. Man bekommt viel mehr als man es von einem Ferienhaus erwartet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, man benötigt tatsächlich nur die Zutaten und kann alles kochen.
Alle Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ein Top - Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend!
Toller Vermieter und kurzzeit Nachbarn. Es hat uns super gefallen und an nichts gefehlt!! Wenn sich die Gelegenheit wieder ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Neuwertig eingerichtetes Haus in eingezäunter Ferienhaussiedlung mit verkehrsberuhigter Sackgasse, nur direkter Anwohnerverkehr. Haus in zweiter Reihe zum See gelegen, es gibt 3 öffentliche Stege als Zugang. Es war weitgehend alles da, was man brauchen könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt. Unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (1 und 4 Jahre) dort. Man konnte sich mit ihnen unbeschwert in der Siedlung bewegen. An den See konnte man sie allerdings nicht alleine oder weitgehend alleine lassen, da der Zugang zum Wasser nur über die Stege möglich ist. Das Ufer ist überwiegend mit Schilf bewachsen.

Alles war bestens! Das Haus sehr edel und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Top Einrichtung und super Lage fast direkt am See. Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!!!
