About this house rental
The holiday home is located in a central location yet is only a few minutes by bike to the lake.
Spread over two floors, there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds and a single bed. The ground floor also has a bathroom with toilet.
The upper floor boasts a cozy kitchen with a wooden corner bench around the dining table and in the living area with a living area, which invites the entire family to linger. Also in the upper floor is a bathroom furnished, which in addition to the shower contains a bathtub.
From the balcony with southern exposure you have a beautiful view of the Chiemgau mountains. This is accessible both from the kitchen, as well as from the bedroom.
In the house the reception of free Wi-Fi is possible and in the storage room there is a free-use washing machine.
Around the house there is a seating area with barbecue facilities and for children space to play on the lawns.
The holiday home belongs to the Chiemsee Apartments and is located about 1.2 km from the Ferienhof (address: Luft 19, 83236 Übersee). It offers other free offers such as: For example, a heated swimming pool with a mobile hall, a children's playground with a trampoline, swings, seesaw, slide, playhouse, football goal and 2 ponies named "Cindy & Cora".

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe von mehreren Geschäften und nah am See. Das Haus selbst ist relativ alt und es fehlen einige Utensilien, welche man eventuell erwarten würde (z.B. Seife). Für den Preis ist es aber in Ordnung und es gab eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. :-) Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man also weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, was uns jedoch auch bei nachts geöffneten Fenstern nicht gestört hat. Großer Balkon mit Alpenblick, grillterrasse, getrennte Etagen für Kinder und Erwachsene inclusive. Je eigenem Bad. Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Super sauber und ausreichende Geschirrausstattung. Waschmöglichkeit, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden.
Die Anlage in ‚Luft‘, die mitgenutzt werden kann ist fußläufig mit kleinem Kind in ca 20-25 min. erreichbar. Dort ist es sehr schön. Tolle saubere poolanlage, streichelponys, Trampolin und Leihräder in allen Größen stehen zur Verfügung. Tischtennis und Badminton kann ebenso gespielt werden wie Fußball auf ein kleines Tor. Erholung für Eltern und Spaß für Kinder sind garantiert!!
Die umliegenden Möglichkeiten sind wahnsinnig vielseitig. Wir waren (ohne große Umstände und zu weite Wege) in einem Erlebnisbad in Prien, Tretboot fahren am Chiemsee, im Hochseilgarten, wandern mit Seilbahnfahrt, im Outlet in Piding (U.a. Nike und Adidas), Fußballgolfen in inzell und coaster fahren und minigolfen in Ruhpolding... und es gibt noch viel mehr zu erleben und zu sehen, so dass wir gern nochmal wieder kommen werden.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden von Spülmaschine über Mikrowelle und sogar ein Radio.

Geräumiges Haus, direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, daher war der Lärmpegel ein bisschen hoch. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Leider nicht überall sauber. Liegt schön zentral am Chiemsee, man kommt schnell an den See und in die Berge. Gesamteindruck: okay
