posizone ottima poiché di fronte al mare.Appartamento datato e molto trascurato, a partire dalla porta d’ingresso che credo stia per cadere.materassi sfondati, finestre non insonorizzate, prive di tendaggi oscuranti.La tenda parasole del terrazzino distrutta....insomma,a parte la posizione la casa è completamente da risistemare e il prezzo richiesto,per quello offerto,troppo alto.
