Large apartment house "Haus Bellevue", 5 storeys. In the centre of Zermatt, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 5 m, bar, bakery 100 m, café 5 m, bus stop "Bahnhof" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 150 m. Mountain railway, ski rental, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 190 m, ice rink 150 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Small, open kitchen in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Das Studio ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. Das Studio selber war sehr sauber. Die Möbel sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene, aber intakt und stabil. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Geschirr war allerdings schlecht gereinigt .

Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. Le studio est vraiment bien placé. Cependant, la propreté de la moquette, surtout sous le lit, laissait à désirer. Les meubles de la cuisine sont un peu vieillots et certaines portes ferment mal. Un lave-vaisselle serait un plus. Le prix pour les linges de bain est un peu excessif.

Schöne kleine Wohnung die alles hat was man benötigt. Gute Lage, sehr nahe beim Bahnhof und Gornergratbahn.

+ Studio bien situé tout près de la gare. - Equipement vieillot: une plaque électrique ne fonctionnant pas, portes armoires résistent, lampe d'appoint bof, seulement une table de nuit, TV minuscule. +- Au moins, depuis le balcon, du dégagement
