About this apartment rental
The cozy, 55sqm guest apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people. It is located away from the main street in an absolutely quiet residential area.
Before booking the accommodation you should note; the apartment is in Oelsnitz / Erzgebirge not in Oelsnitz / Vogtland (this is approx. 60 km away).
The key to access the apartment is in a key safe next to the front door. After payment of the travel expenses, the code will be communicated via email. The landlord does not live in the property, so cash payments should not be made.
The apartment is on the ground floor and offers the following facilities,
• The kitchen offers an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Coffee machine, microwave or Water heater.
• The spacious bathroom has 2 windows and offers next to a toilet, a bath and a shower. Towels or Shower towels are available to every guest free of charge. A hairdryer is not missing either.
• The bedroom was furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with mirror and a chest of drawers.
• The modern living room has a radio, flat screen TV and a spacious corner sofa with a sleeping function,
• You can end the day in a barbecue in the garden,
• There is a restaurant just a few meters from the house. Here you are generously entertained with regional cuisine.
• A bakery is in the immediate vicinity.
• An information corner has been set up for guests in the stairwell. Here you will find information about excursion destinations in the nearer but also somewhat wider surroundings. Maps are also partly available in English.
• The key for access to the property can be obtained from a key safe on the front door. The code for this will be announced a few days before arrival or after payment of the full travel price.
The landlord does not live in Oelsnitz, so cash payment is not advisable.
• Oelsnitz is located on the edge of the Ore Mountains and was formerly a mining town. The mining museum in the village and the signposted hiking trails document the difficult times of the miners at that time. Over time, the face of Oelsnitz has changed to a thriving small town.
• The central location of the apartment gives the opportunity to go on excursions in all directions,
• Because of the immediate vicinity of the motorway, other trips to Dresden, Chemnitz or Plauen are also no problem.
• In well-known places such as Annaberg-Buchholz, Seiffen or Oberwiesenthal there are extensive, easily accessible road networks.
Any cancellation fees are non-negotiable.
A possible travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Two separate bedrooms can be offered for fitters.
The rental property is only to be occupied by the persons specified in the booking.
The number of people stated in the booking is the maximum number of people.
Subletting is not permitted.
If this should be the case without prior agreement with the landlord, a cost contribution of 10.00 euros per night will be incurred.
