About this apartment rental
Among the many and beautiful places in the Adriatic coast there is Isola Albarella, a small private island in Po Delta and near Venice, about one hour by car. The island is suitable for people who like to live in the quiet places, do sports and stay in contact with nature. Access to the island is exclusive and private: only the owners and guests can enter. Thanks to a barrier, access is limited and the guards control the island around the clock.
In Albarella you can also do a lot of activity in your free time. There are swimming pools and free beaches, entertainment for children, evening shows and the "Centro Sportivo", a sports complex with swimming pools and water features. The silence, the wild animals, the many cycle paths make Albarella unique.
Graceful fjord-house recently renoveted with reserved car parking and large fenced garden. It is close to the beach "Capo Nord" and the shopping area "Piazzetta Mercato".
On the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen, arbour with lagoon view, bbq and garden forniture. On the 1° floor there are a bedroom, bathroom with shower box and a bedroom with three single beds.
The fjord-house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, microwave, mosquito nets.

The property was great and has everything you would need on the island! The only issue had was the availability of businesses not being open because its off season (before June 1st). Otherwise it was a fantastic trip!

Wir haben das Haus im Spätsommer 2020 gebucht. Drei Grundschulkinder plus Eltern.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets prompt und sehr freundlich.
Die Insel Albarella als solches ist sehr zu empfehlen für die unterschiedlichsten Bedürfnisse. Alles vorhanden. Die Lage zu Padua, Verona, Venedig ist phänomenal. Die Fahrt aufs Festland dauert jedoch bestimmt eine halbe Stunde. Dies sei zu kalkulieren. Eigentlich muss man die Insel jedoch nicht verlassen!
Das Haus an sich steht an quasi optimaler Stelle auf der Insel. Ruhig, direkt am Bodden, wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand, zu zwei Supermärkte, zu zwei Pools. Die Lage direkt am Wasser auf der Westseite ist phänomenal für Sonnenuntergänge.
Das Haus an sich ist sehr praktisch geschnitten, oben Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer, unten große Wohnbereich mit Küche. leider gibt es keinen Backofen und keine Abzugshaube. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Gasherd aber wunderbar. Das Geschirr/Besteck ist einfach, aber ausreichend vorhanden.
Im Wohnzimmer und außen gibt es zwei Sitzbereiche – mit tollem Blick aufs Wasser. Im Garten ist ein Grill vorhanden.
In der Anzeige war nicht mit den Fahrrädern geworben worden. Wir hatten anfangs drei, später vier einfache, aber für die Insel absolut ausreichende Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung. Bei den dortigen Mietpreisen definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt.
Die gesamte Insel ist sehr ordentlich, aufgeräumt, sicher, sauber… Das Haus passt perfekt – ordentlich, aufgeräumt, sicher, sauber.
Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt auf diese Insel in genau diesem Haus für eine Familie mit drei Kinder und wünschen einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Reihenhaus wie auf der Insel mehrfach vorhanden, aber mit tollen Ausblick, speziell auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Einrichtung funktionell und wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Vermieter in Englisch problemlos. Schöner Urlaub. Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich.
