This completely renovated property is 2 minutes (160 meters) walk from the sea. Located in San Giorgio (Bari), the Villa da Zia Tina has comfortable interior spaces, a large outdoor area with eucalyptus garden, pine trees as well as indoor parking spaces (max three cars) and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a single bed.
Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and therefore with fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, washing machine. The kitchen is adjacent to the large living room (open space), very bright, with table, chairs, sofa and a flat-screen TV (40 '').
Possibility of bathing on a free beach or possibly in an equipped structure (Lido San Giorgio) present at 1 km from the Villa.
The villa is 3.5 km from the center of Torre a Mare, a suburb of Bari, where there are all kinds of commercial and food activities, restaurants, wine bars, super market fry shops, as well as a splendid walk on the harbor pier and 10 km from the center historic of Bari reachable by bus (AMTAB) 12 / with a stop on the coast at 160 meters from the villa.

We had everything we needed through out the house

Leonardo and his wife are very friendly and always happy to support their guests. The house is in a good condition and provides everything a tourist could need. There is a pretty garden with a super large terrace under big trees which provides enormous space. The only thing we would recommend to improve are the lamps in the living room and the kitchen. They are equipped with bulbs which emit a very cold light. Using warm light bulbs would create a more cosy atmosphere.
The area and the neighbourhood where the house is located are a bit ugly. Several properties are unattended. Depending on the wind directon, the traffic noise from the coast highway is clearly audible. But there is also a big advantage: The location is perfect to visit all the attractions of Apulia. To Bari it's only 10 kilometers and a lot of other highly attractive locations are easily reachable.
