The location is great — private, safe, and just a fun place to be. The apartment is clean, nice, and has lots of amenities. But this listing is really made special by the owners! They are so communicative, had a great check-in process, and were accommodating to my requests. If I ever find myself in the San Jose area again, I won’t bother looking anywhere else!

Ginger and Justin, were wonderful it was a last minute booking, ( and when I say last minute, I mean last minute less than 24 hours) they accommodated me and made me feel right at home, my entire stay!!
The property, was what was described in the listing, it's conveniently located in ( not near or around Santana Row) but in, out your door and to the streets of Santana Row!
I was there for 4 months, and could not have been happier, and will use them again on my next trip back to San Jose. I could not say or write enough nice things about Ginger and Justin that would do them or the property justice. Other then I will be booking with them often!!!

This was our second visit to Santana Row. Having been very pleased with our first visit in 2014, we had no hesitation in booking with Ginger again.
The apartment is as described and is perfectly situated, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. With easy access to the freeways.
Because we stay for 14 nights, we would have appreciated more TV channels. When you have been out and about all day, sometimes it is nice to sit down and watch TV.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend.
