Excellent location. Warm. Heated floor in the bathroom.
Main door is hard to close. High humidity in the apartment. Messy shower (water goes everywhere).

Convenient location.
Bad smell of wet old fabrics in the bedroom, bedroom curtain that does not protect from bright light, terrible state of a frying pan, no space for the car- huge drawback for guests who arrive with car, much noise from Basanavicius street.
