Lovely location - great to get back to have a cup of tea/use the loo whilst exploring Bath. See Views from living room - Abbey round the corner. Very nice owners at the vegan cafe below - and you get 20% off. The breakfast was delicious. Netflix easy to access. Very reasonable price we thought.
Recommend booking shuttleboard at doom bar great fun
No parking but central Bath!
Be aware that on weekend nights, the club below is an issue - no music, but the queuing youth are noisy! Still, they are only young, and earplugs are provided. Small price to pay.

very easy, collected keys from the cafe downstairs, very polite and welcoming. Greta communication from Philip on the day.
The property was huge, and spacious and in a great part of the City. the communication of Philip and the team in the cafe was excellent
it could have been cleaner. There was mold in the shower in 2 areas. the property needs a bit of a make over, decorating, getting rid of the stains etc. I appreciate it gets a lot of foot fall probably based the the location.
There is a lot of noise from outside as there is a nightclub around the corner and people queue past the property so a lot of noise. Granted this was a Saturday night and the start of Freshers week. I managed to get off to sleep around 1.30 AM.
Shower gel would have been nice to have, as we didn't bring any with us,
