Astioita riittävästi kahdelle. Majoitus sopivan kokoinen kahdelle. Hyvä sijainti, lähellä latuja. Hyvä sauna. Kävelymatka keskustaan.
Kylpyhuoneen pinnat alkavat olla päivitystä vailla. Kuitenkin perus siisti näinkin.

Sijainti oli hyvä: hiihtoladut lähellä. Kauppaan ja ravintolaankin pääsi kävelleen - alle 2 km.
Keittiö ja kylpyhuone kaipaisivat vähän päivittämistä. Panostaisin myös paloturvallisuuteen (sammutuspeite, toinen palovaroitin, mahdollisuus avata nopeasti yläkerran ikkuna).
