About this villa rental
This exclusive and stylish mediterranean villa for 8 people with private tennis court, stunning sea and mountain views and private pool is the perfect place for guests looking for relaxation, fun and sports, because you can play tennis whenever you want play or swim in the pool, the local golf course is within walking distance and only a few minutes drive to various beaches, the picturesque old town of Altea with bars, restaurants, shops, the harbor and the seafront promenade.
The villa is located in the "Sierra Altea Golf", one of the most beautiful areas of the picturesque town of Altea, also known as the "Pearl of the Costa Blanca", just 1 hour from Valencia and 40 minutes from Alicante. Located between the sea and the mountains of "Sierra de Bérnia", Altea enjoys a microclimate distinguished by the WHO, with bright sunshine all year round and lush, green vegetation: an ideal spot for sports and a relaxing stay also in autumn and winter ,
The entire house has free high-speed WiFi coverage and is secured with an alarm system. A safe is also available.
Main floor:
A spacious, south-facing living and dining area with a beautiful open fireplace, two sofa beds overlooking the pool, upper terrace and sea invites you to linger, relax and get together. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, stereo and satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances you need, such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, as well as an extensive kitchen inventory. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and storage facilities. In this main floor are also 1 bedroom (double bed, 1.80 m wide) with its own adjoining large bathroom with shower and bath tub and an additional guest toilet.
Basement:
From the living room you enter the basement with 3 further bedrooms (two with a double bed, one 1.80 m wide, the other 1.50 m. The fourth bedroom comes with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The 4th room with bunk bed is ideal for children, as it is directly from one of the rooms with double bed, with only about 1 m terrace in between. All double rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Outside:
The large upper terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, beautiful refreshing pool and a spacious covered barbecue area is accessible through the living area. This south-facing and secluded terrace offers sunshine all day long for sunbathing and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. There is also a sun-protected outdoor lounge area and a leafy porch with a dining table and chairs. From there you can see in the distance the silhouette of the old town of Altea and the skyline of Benidorm, an impressive image, especially at night. The basement leads to an additional terrace and to the green garden with orange, clementine and lemon trees as well as the private tennis court.
We recommend to all our guests to have a car available (on the property there is ample secured parking and a garage). It is just a 4-minute drive to the village of Altea la Vella, or a 10-minute drive to the old town of Altea and the nearby beaches. Other pebble and sandy beaches are z. In Albir, Calpe or Benidorm, all only about 15 minutes drive away. There are many other attractions in the area, activities and attractions for the whole family, such as an amusement and water park, hiking or the tourist attraction "El Castell de Guadelest", all within 15 to 30 minutes.
Please note: Fee for the final cleaning 250, - €. Towels (towel set per person: 1 medium towel, 1 large towel, 1 large bath towel) and bed linen are included. 500, - € deposit. .A tennis ball machine is available to rent by prior arrangement for 150 € per week and an additional deposit of 500 €.

We had a wonderful family stay as a family of 6 including 1 grandparent and 3 young kids. The pool was ideal with the hot temps and the tennis court was a fantastic bonus (we also rented the ball machine).

overall dissatisfied. The house and the description do not match. In many places it is simply too old and too shabby. It only has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. A room outside the house, in a room measuring 1.65 x 3.75 is not a luxury bedroom. To get to the bathroom, guests have to go through another bedroom. A very simple and poor solution and not a luxury. It's ok for six people. The service on site is friendly and helpful.
