About this house rental
Tuscan design, newer home with lots of cool amenities: black bottom pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, Bocce ball court, large fire pit, pool table table tennis and high speed WiFi. There is a yoga/meditation room with mountain views as well. Beautiful landscaping includes palms and native plants.
Enjoy the large poolside patio with fan and sun lounge area. Enter the double doors to a grand foyer with double spiral staircases. There is one bedroom downstairs and four upstairs. Bedrooms are light and bright. The Master bedroom is expansive and has a private balcony looking onto the mountains to the East. An Italian Crema Marfil marble shower and bathroom completes the Master suite.
The home is gated and is impeccably decorated with a Spanish/SoCal vibe. There is a fully equipped kitchen which has an espresso machine as well. The living room opens directly into an oasis with palms and bougainvilleas. The estate has a private, quiet, neighborhood feel, yet it is close to beaches and airport, Torrey Pines State reserve, and La Jolla Shores beach. Home is walking distance to a wilderness state park with hiking, mountain biking and horse trails. Costco, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, amazing Mexican, Mediterranean restaurants and breakfast places are nearby as well. This is an awesome place to soak in the rays, relax and get away from it all.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home and neighborhood. The back yard, pool, spa, and view were the absolute highlight. The house is spacious and had everything we needed to spend a lovely week relaxing. Highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful property. The location was quiet and peaceful, near a park with nice nature walks. The view of the mountains at sunset from the pool and hot tub were spectacular.
