LAKE FRONT- JUST 500 YARDS FROM LAKE

NEW UPDATES- CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING
(Sorry ladies- the cosmetic floor update is still forthcoming- hopefully in June)

ROOM FOR BOAT PARKING ON THE PROPERTY AND 1/2 MILE FROM ESPYVILLE MARINA BOAT LAUNCH

• Annual fishing competitions
• Kids Fishing Derby during the first week of August each year.



This is located 3 miles from the Spillway, the Hatchery, and a Nature Preserve. All of these are free of charge. Other family/fisherman oriented attractions include Yorkies Ice Cream, Poffs bait and fishing, the Lil-Bit Diner, and the Countryside Diner. The location is close enough for entertainment, yet far enough away for quiet serenity.
Included at this property:
• Comfortable stay for 4 people, but can sleep 6 with the use of queen size Futon in living room.
Full functioning kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas grill
• All bedding and towels provided.
• All bedding is changed and washed in hot water per visit.
• Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are also provided.
• Mini-Split heating and air conditioning
• Property cleaned and sanitized by the owner after every guest
• Additional cleaning products are provided.
• Smart TV and Wifi is also provided.
