Posizione ottima,a pochi passi dal mare,con accesso diretto dal viale privato. Appartamento carino e fresco, con doccia esterna molto comoda soprattutto per chi ha dei bambini. Guardino ben curato. Consigliato.

La struttura è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, pulita e confortevole. La sorpresa è stata vivere il contesto dove è inserita, un residence piccolino, ma curatissimo e vicino ad ogni comodità. Si può scegliere di lasciare l'auto oppure prenderla e in pochi minuti raggiungere belle località quali Sperlonga,Terracina,San Felice Circeo e volendo Ponza a solo un'ora di traghetto. Il proprietario Sig. Magnanelli gentile, riservato e allo stesso tempo molto ospitale. Suggerirei questa struttura a famiglie con bimbi piccoli e/o adolescenti. Grazie di tutto ! Me and my 10 years old son had a great time at this residence. The house is very clean and comfortable.The beach is close and not crowdy. When our sun umbrella has broken, the owner solved this problem very fast. Sandro is a very attentive person. The residence is private and very close to the sea. There is no need to cross the road when going to the beach. My son could ride a bicycle by himself and go to the beach at any time alone. This place is wonderful for families with children. And Sandro is one of the best owners Ive met.
