Two-room duplex apartment of 26 m2 with sea view West exposure 50 meters from the beach in the town of Merville Franceville
This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet and wooded residence
it consists of a living room with lounge (dining table, sofa bed (new) tv and storage, and a kitchen with 4 hotplates, two ovens including a microwave, 2 coffeemakers including a Senseo, boulloire, toaster .... and all the dishes for 4 people
Upstairs: a bathroom with bath and toilet
As well as a bedroom (mattress 140 * 190) with dresser and wardrobe
An umbrella bed and a baby chair are also available on request
This one also has a balcony with living room garden and barbecue for your lunches and diners facing the sea (sunshine all the afternoon)
ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children
Merville Franceville, a small seaside resort with all the amenities (supermarket restaurant, surf kit school), located between Cabourg and Ouistreham
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday (in July / August)
sheets and towels are not provided
optional extra sheets: 20 euros for 2 pers
Our friends small animals are welcome
The house is not included in the rental price, please leave the apartment as you found it.
In the opposite case a deduction of 40 euros will be made on the deposit

que du positif lors de ce séjour, l'appartement est agréable , propre , fonctionnel, vu sur mer de l'intèrieur et sur la terrasse à 2 pas les pieds dans l'eau , et des commerces en passant par la plage qui est magnifique idéal pour les enfants .merci pour l'accueil et la bienveillance

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, l'hôte est très sympathique et nous a bien renseigné sur les environ. L'appartement est très bien situé, la vue du balcon est très agréable et il est possible de se rendre à pied à çabourg ou ouistreham à pied par la plage en 1h. Je recommande vivement.

Insgesamt alle sehr freundlich. Herzlicher Empfang und gute Organisation. Leider war das appartement nicht sehr sauber. Das Bad habe ich bei Anreise gereinigt und durch die Fenster konnte man leider nicht klar schauen. Insgesamt doch ein schöner Aufenthalt und gute Lage. Direkt am Meer mit Ausblick.
