About this house rental
This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house.
This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Big attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are 5 and 2 miles away, respectively. For those who are interested in the local culture, there are smaller local attractions such as Medieval Times, Soak City, Adventure Park, or the swap meet that are a mere 10 minutes away.
NOTE: we have 3 outdoor cats who like to roam around the back yard. Turkey, the black cat, is the friendlies but will only let you pet his head. The other two might run if approached.
