Welcome to the apartment on the Rebmeer! Enjoy the benefits of the newly built and well-equipped accommodation, explore the Palatinate Forest and vineyards on foot or by bike, and relax on the terrace with a glass of Riesling!
Location:
Your apartment is located in the outskirts on the southern slope of Bad Bergzabern. The property is framed on two sides by vineyards that border directly on the Palatinate Forest. In the quiet residential area you are awakened at most by the birdsong and can relax well. You can use about 500 square meters of the almost 2000 square meters of land as a private garden.
Flat:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently completed new building and is aligned to the south side. Oak windows with triple glazing and real wood parquet in the bedroom provide a natural sense of living. The other rooms are equipped with high quality Italian tiles. Pleasant warmth and comfort is provided by the underfloor heating.
Domestic equipments:
When furnishing your holiday apartment, we have put emphasis on natural and durable materials. Our goal is to make the living space both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

1 double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), solid wood wardrobe
Daylight bath:
Floor-deep shower with real glass shower screen, toilet, washbasin, small travel dryer

The kitchen is located in the open living and dining room. All electrical appliances are new.
Induction hob with four plates, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (integrated in the base cabinet), kettle, espresso pots for the hob and coffee pot with push mechanism
Living and dining room:
Table with four chairs, sideboard with flat screen (only internet TV)
3-seater sofa bed with slatted frame and spring mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m lying area)
Surroundings:
As Bad Bergzabern is located on the wine route between the Rhine plain and the Palatinate Forest, it is the ideal starting point to explore the South Palatinate. If you like walking, it is only a few steps from the front door to the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. An extensive network of trails leads to mighty castles, enchanted lakes, impressive sandstone cliffs and sleepy villages.
Many festivals take place along the Wine Route, especially in spring and autumn, during which visitors quickly become acquainted with the Palatine openness and conviviality. The wide view of the Rebmeer and the Rhine plain fascinates not only tourists but also locals over and over again.
Even Bad Bergzabern itself has a lot to offer: Those who are not distracted by some creative mistakes, discover beautiful villas from the early days, remains of the medieval city walls, idyllic cobblestone streets and interesting churches. In addition to cafes and restaurants, there are food, flower and clothing shops in the city center, just to name a few. The Südpfalztherme can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot and completes your holiday in the Palatinate with a relaxing sauna and bathing stay.

Eine schöne Woche haben eine Frau und ich in Bad Begzabern und im Pfälzer Wald verbracht. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geräumig in einem recht neuen Haus. Sie liegt am oberen Rand von Bad Bergzabern in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend. Alles wie Bäcker, Supermarkt (wenn man keine Großeinkäufe macht, für die man das Auto benutzen sollte), das Kurzentrum und die Gastronomie sind zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben so viele Tipps bekommen, die wir in einer Woche gar nicht alle „abarbeiten“ konnten. Deshalb auch ein Grund, einmal wieder zu kommen.

Sehr nette Herbergsleute. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf Bedürfnisse wurde wirklich sehr gut eingegangen. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

In der modernen und gepflegten Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, die praktische und gut ausgestattete Küche und das bequeme Schlafzimmer mit Bad sind komplett barrierefrei. Herzlichen Dank an unsere freundlichen Vermieter!
