- 15 minutes to the golf course in Rankweil

During the Christmas Break, we only accept stays that last throughout Christmas and New Year’s Eve together. We hope for your understanding. A beautiful Christmas Tree will be provided.

Our family stayed at the chalet. It was on the mountainside just a few minutes drive into Rankweil. The chalet was spacious, clean, and private. We had a very enjoyable stay with an awesome view of the valleys below and surrounding mountains. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this house. It has al you need for a nice stay. We went to Bodensee which is really good reachable.
There is a hike trail near even as a restaurant, both in walking distance.
The mountain view is magnifincent!
Only thing is not all room have curtains which get complicated when you are a light sleeper.

Das Haus hat eine einzigartige Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zudem sehr gut. Es gab allerdings erhebliche Probleme bei der Betreuung des Ferienhauses vor Ort. Die zuständige Person hat generell sehr abweisend reagiert und jegliche Anfragen abgeblockt. Drei der vier Fernseher funktionierten bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht. Dies wurde von der Person mit den Sätzen abgetan, dass wir etwas an den Fernseher verstellt haben und man hier leider nicht weiterhelfen könnte. Zudem gab es ein Problem mit der Heizung. Vom eigentlichen Vermieter wurde dann direkt ein Monteur gerufen, welcher sich um die Heizung kümmern sollte. Die zuständige Person vor Ort hat auch hier überhaupt nicht unterstützt und war plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir mussten uns direkt mit dem Monteur auseinandersetzen und zu den Montagezeiten vor Ort sein.
Ein solcher Service und das gezeigte Verhalten vor Ort sind aus unserer Sicht sehr unangemessen.
