Apartments Dino

Il soggiorno a parenzo è stato oltre le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento era molto pulito, ben arredato e funzionale, con biancheria sia da letto che da bagno. I proprietari molto gentili. Il paese dove si trovava l'appartamento distava 10 miniti dalla wpiaggia di Spadici ed aveva 1 piccolo supermercato, 1 chiosco e 1 forneria, ma a pochi km è possibile trovare molti grandi supermercati (tra cui Lidl, Eurospin, Plodine, ecc.) La cittadina e i paesi limitrofi sono molto puliti e curati. Gli abitanti sono molto ospitali e solari. Per gli amanti delle escursioni offre tante possibilità di fare giri in barca di vario genere. Le spiagge di scogli o ciotoli sono tutte libere , pulitissime e collegate lungo il litorale con km di passeggiate. Porec è la città più grande e diata 5 km, con centro storico bellissimo e molte vie con negozi particolari; offre inoltre tantissime opportunità di ristoro, gelaterie e bar di vario genere ed un bellisimo lunapark vista mare. È il primo anno in Croazia ma torneremo sicuramente!

The upper apartment is situated in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood. It was a great starting point for trips into all directions. A very nice beach and a huge supermarket are just a few minutes away by car. A private parking spot is in front of the house. The apartment is very spacious. We loved the balcony with sea view and privacy. The bathroom is beautiful, large and newly refurbished. Recycling containers and bakery are in walking distance. Check in and out were processed by the agency Eurotours in Porec. The agents were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment hasn't been cleaned thoroughly, we needed to clean the shelfs in the kitchen to place our things. The seat rests were very worn out. There are a few things missing we didn't bother to complain about (we are confident the agency would have sorted it out if we had done so) but for a more personal and thoughtful touch the owner might think about equipping the apartment with a small hair dryer, second mirror and another set of dishes and cutlery.

Location: There's a terrace with sea view, (pointing west, sunset is a bit hidden behind neighboring buildings). Car parking is under a roof. Amenities: Great AC. Very comfortable double bed and extremely well equipped kitchen. Big bathroom. Cleanliness: except for the floor, everything was squeaky clean.

The floor could be cleaned better. The wi-fi sometimes (rarely) was not good enough to stream movies from Netflix/Youtube or even comfortably browse websites. There could be some washing machine in the bathroom as it seems there's even a place designed for it. Nearest beach is around 30 minutes walking distance.
